北京电影文创园由北京电影学院影视文化产业创新园与北京国锦世嘉投资发展有限公司合作打造，园区采取企业投资、创新园团队运营的产业模式。北随着优质行业资源的不断增多，以及园区对功能分区、业态布局的持续迭代便形成了以时尚娱乐、影视音乐、艺术培训等泛文化大文娱产业上中下游聚集的产业生态圈。
